If you follow my Tumblr blog or Pinterest boards then you have heard me talk quite a bit this week about the Sun and the Neptune conjunction in Pisces that occurred early this week. Keep your dream journals handy I said! But what does that mean? Specifically the Sun and the Neptune conjunction in Pisces only happens twice a year, but Neptune in Pisces is a transit that is unique in itself. This is exactly the transit that I am going to be covering today.
Neptune in Pisces for some is referred to as heaven on Earth, it is an incredibly powerful transit. When the Sun joins this conjunction as it did this week, the psychic atmosphere becomes highly charged. Neptune is ruled by Pisces, so in its home sign, the most intuitive sign of the zodiac, you can and should expect the unexpected. Neptune the dreamy blue planet has now traveled back to Pisces in a 149 year long transit. This occurred on February 3, 2012 and will stay there for the next 14 years.
This is what people mean when they refer to this age of awareness, when Neptune is in Pisces there really is no better time to work on your awareness and enlightenment. Neptune is about our dreams and our wishes and Pisces rules compassion, spirituality, and group cohesiveness. For Pisces it is about the bigger picture of humanity at large, putting out what you want to come back to you. From an intuitive level as well, because Pisces as a Water sign is very intuitive.
When you pair one of the most intuitive sign of the zodiac with the dreamiest planet for a series of 14 years you can imagine the potential at your fingertips. Spirituality is brought to the forefront, and we connect with humanity and with ourselves at a deeper level than ever before, if we allow this energy to be used appropriately.
The best way to get through this period is to just go with the flow of things in these watery times. Trying to control your destiny or force it will backfire. Surrender to the bliss that is life instead of trying to control what you want from it. When you do that, this is when those wishes and dreams do come true. The best way to do that is to simply focus on loving unconditionally and putting out exactly what you want to get in return.
