Hello friends, I hope you all are enjoying our look at Neptune in the houses. Have you found your Neptune placement yet? Remember that you can always touch base with me on any of my social media pages at About Me or directly on Facebook or Twitter. If you want to make sure you don’t miss an episode of this series, tune into my Pinterest boards and I will make sure that you don’t miss a single thing. Today we are going to look at Neptune in the seventh house, Neptune in the eighth house, and Neptune in the ninth house. What does it mean if you have this Neptune placement? Well, let’s have a look!

Neptune in the Seventh House

The seventh house is your house of partners, and often where you find the serious and long term relationships in your life. If Neptune is in this house then you will likely find a partner that is dreamy, musical, creative, or artistic. You also might idealize your partner a little bit if this is your placement, you think they are perfect and you won’t take any other opinion from anyone else on the matter. This would be the only negative aspect of this placement, as idealizing your partner too much could lead to too many expectations on them. Remember that nobody is perfect, and you should not sacrifice too much for your partner, if they are not doing the same for you. You also want to beware of secret enemies, people that you think are amazing but are not so much. Use your instinct with everyone you have serious affairs with, and follow them! That’s the power of Neptune!

Neptune in the Eighth House

Your 8th house is your house of shared resources, so with this Neptune placement you will never have too many fears with money, and your dreams will be big. In fact, they may be too big if there is any problem with this placement. If you have any financial issues it will be because you trust too many other people to manage your money, and you may need to take more control in this area. You also need to control any issues with alcohol or substances, especially if you for some reason become stressed with money matters. Chances are when it comes to relationships you are likely to be intense and passionate, and you like to take care of the people that you love. You may also be so absorbed with your money, work, and success, that relationships are of no interest to you at all. And if that works for you, who is to say there’s something wrong with that?

Neptune in the Ninth House

The ninth house is your house of mind expansion, so if you have this Neptune placement, you are a big dreamer. You may also be a wanderer of sorts, in the sense that you like travel, or moving beyond normal ranges. You may be interested in big thinking type things, like philosophy or religion. You frequently travel or at least you dream about it, and when you travel it is not just for fun, but to see the bigger picture in life in far away places. You believe in the oneness of all life and the universe, and this allows you to link everything together wherever you go. You have great empathy for others, and spend a great deal of time in your life trying to better the world as a whole.

And that’s it for Neptune in the seventh house, Neptune in the eighth house, and Neptune in the ninth house. If you have any questions about these placements, drop me a note at Facebook or Twitter and I will be happy to answer all of your Neptune questions. Next time we will look at Neptune in the seventh, eighth, and ninth houses. Until then, sweet dreams friends. Love, Norah

Hello friends, I hope you all are enjoying our blog series discussing Neptune in the houses! Understanding your Neptune placement can be incredibly valuable in determining where your ideals stand, what your biggest dreams are, and how to get close to those important things in life. Before you follow the blogs, I hope you have gotten your birth chart done so that you can see for yourself what house Neptune is in your chart, and what this means in terms of your astrological profile. Once you have that, flip to our blog series and find out what it means! So today we are looking at Neptune in the fourth house, Neptune in the fifth house, and Neptune in the sixth house. What does it mean if this is where your Neptune placement is? Well let’s have a look!

Neptune in the Fourth House

If Neptune is in your fourth house this is your house of home, and so this is where all of your biggest dreams and ideals will lie. You also have an intuitive sense of making and creating a beautiful home. Overall you are caring, domestic, and nutritive to those in your life, and you make great sacrifices for your most important people. You also probably really like to be around the water, and may even own a beach home or lake house at some point in your life. Because home and family are so important, you may find you carry a lot of guilt around you when it comes to your family. They are so important to you that if you make one little mistake, it haunts you forever. At the same time, your family doesn’t hold you responsible for any of this guilt, and rely on your for amazing solutions to complex daily problems.

Neptune in the Fifth House

Your Fifth house is your house of pleasure, and so any planets in this house are going to rule your short term relationships, or the things you seek for pleasure only. You also may get pleasure from creative pursuits such as drama, music, or art. You may also have a strong desire to dress up, or play in costume, and you definitely love a good mystery! Characters and the arts are your greatest sources of pleasure, and you also are a sympathetic soul who is very sensitive and artistic. Anything related to the sea, like fishing or boating perhaps, could also bring you pleasure. You also enjoy seeking pleasure in any way that you can, and this could lead to a substance problem, so just try to be wary of that if this is your Neptune placement.

Neptune in the Sixth House

If Neptune is in your sixth house, you have Neptune in your house of Work. This is a great placement for Neptune as you will have big dreams and ideas when it comes to work. You may find yourself in a career that helps others, or people that struggle in society, such as drug addicts, the disabled, criminals, or the like. You may also be attracted to work in areas with animals, or any area where someone or something needs a little extra help. You don’t like details and you are definitely a day dreamer. When you are looking for work, be sure that you follow your instinct, as this will certainly lead your way to success in your career if Neptune is in this house for you.

And that’s it for Neptune in the fourth house, Neptune in the fifth house, and Neptune in the sixth house. If you have any questions about these placements, drop me a note at Facebook or Twitter and I will be happy to answer all of your Neptune questions. Next time we will look at Neptune in the seventh, eighth, and ninth houses. Until then, sweet dreams friends. Love, Norah

Hello friends, I hope you are enjoying your May wherever you are. If you visit any of Norah Guide’s pages or boards then you know that I frequently discuss the topic of dreams. On my Google+ page right now and through the month of May I am offering dream tips to help you decode those special symbols. And on my Tumblr blog I publish a daily astrological forecast that tells you when the planets will help you to enhance and strengthen your dream content. One planet that is particularly useful in this regard is the planet Neptune. And knowing where dreamy Neptune is on your chart can help you harness its intuitive and psychic powers, and help you have the dream world you always wanted, and help you grow on your path of enlightenment. And this is exactly why I started this latest blog series on Neptune in the houses. Do you know where Neptune is in your chart? Once you do, you will be enlightened indeed. Today we look at Neptune in the first house, Neptune in the second house, and Neptune in the third house.

Neptune in the First House

The first house is your house of self, and so if Neptune is in this house then you will be a very inspired person indeed. You are very trusting, and maybe even a little too much so, and you find yourself extremely sensitive in this big old world. Some may think you are too sensitive, but it is your sensitivity that makes you a very dear friend, a blessed partner, and a wonderful daughter or son. You are also an exceptional parent with this placement. No matter who you love in fact will be very loved indeed, if there is any shadow to this it would be you may have a tendency to smother. You are very intuitive and may even have the “big open eyes” like doe eyes that makes you very attractive and appealing to others.

Neptune in the Second House

Your second house is your house of possessions, and so if you have this Neptune placement you may spend more time dreaming of riches than working to create them. At the same time however you never seem to have a problem with money, and you are not greedy with it either. You love to give it out and show it off, but not in an overt and arrogant manner. There is a chance you will make your money with something larger than life, like movies or photography, or even from caring for the sick. A shadow side to you could be getting too involved with drugs, alcohol, or an addition such as shopping or gambling because you are always going after the next big thing. You win big, and you lose big too, but you never seem to have any real financial problems.

Neptune in the Third House

The Third House is your house of communication and thinking, so if you have Neptune in this house then you are a big thinker, and a big dreamer. You may be an exceptional writer if you have this placement, but your communication is more mysterious than at first glance. You are a free spirit at heart, and you don’t think in terms of boundaries. So for example you probably don’t wear a watch because you show up when the time is right, not necessarily be time design. This could irritate others in your life, but those that love you best will come to know this to be just who you are. You are very agreeable in life and tend to shy away from drama and tension. You prefer logic or emotive reactions, and may have a mathematical mind or an interest and talent with numbers.

And that’s it for the first session in our dreamy Neptune series my friends. You can be sure that you don’t miss a single episode by logging into my About Me page or my Pinterest boards where I will keep you updated on all that is to know about our fun planet of Neptune. Can’t wait to see you there! Until then, love and be loved my friends. Love, Norah Guide.

Hello friends I hope you all are having a fabulous May. If you follow my Tumblr blog then you know that we have been experiencing some Neptune action in the skies lately, and you know what this means, right? Well, just in case you don’t that’s exactly what my brand new blog discussion series is all about, Neptune. Neptune is the dreamy, psychic, intuitive planet that loves the land of fantasy. So you can imagine how helpful it would be to know what your Neptune placement means. Before we get into that though it will help your experience in this blog discussion series to understand what Neptune is really all about. So before we travel Neptune through the houses, we will look at the significance of Neptune in astrology and how this will impact your own birth chart. So let’s get to it!

Neptune is the God of the Sea and the ruler of Pisces. It is also considered the planet of inspiration, confusion, illusion, dreams, and psychic receptivity. It also rules spirituality and things of the hidden world that are more subtle in nature. And Neptune has a tendency to be a bit immature I might add, or at least carry an immature energy. Those with a strong Neptune placement in their charts may be people that are considered very naïve, and almost childlike on some occasions.
Another wonderful thing about Neptune is that it has a very intuitive and psychic tendency. It is associated with spiritual enlightenment, and also considered a planet of mercy and compassion. At the same time, the shadow side of Neptune is the opposite of all of these things.

Neptune moves very slowly in the skies, and takes 14 years to get through each of the signs in the zodiac. This means that people in the same family will have very similar Neptune placements. If you have ever wondered why an entire family has the same psychic abilities, it may be due to their collective Neptune placements. Where you see Neptune in your chart is where you will have the most intuitive capabilities in life. Planets that overlap with Neptune on your chart will also be affected by the psychic influences of Neptune. These aspects will have a flavor of the dreaminess of Neptune.

And that’s it for your introduction to Neptune friends, I do hope you enjoyed this series. Stick around here or bookmark my About Me page to make sure you don’t miss a single feature. You can also start following my Google+ page as this month I am starting a new feature there with a dream tips that will be right in line with our series on the dreamy psychic planet of Neptune. Can’t wait to see you there. Until next time, love and be loved friends. Love, Norah

Hello friends, I hope you all have been enjoying our journey with Mercury as much as I have! Today we are wrapping up the Mercury series, but fret not friends and followers as I will not leave you empty handed. If you have any questions about the Mercury placement in your chart you can always touch base with me directly via Facebook or Twitter. Once we wrap up this series today we are going to turn to another planet for some exciting discussions on the transit series, but more on that later! Today we look at Mercury in the 10th house, in the 11th house, and in the 12th house. What does it mean if this is where Mercury appears in your chart? Well let’s get to it!

Mercury in the 10th House

If Mercury is in your tenth house then you are on a very good career path. You are one of the brightest people in your own social group and will probably change jobs from time to time because you don’t settle well. You may even hold down two jobs at once to keep your brain active and busy. You probably like politics, either following it or talking about it, and you may even pursue politics yourself. Overall you are an excellent organizer and you plan well for the future. You have a quick mind and you prefer handling problems from the facts at hand versus what can not be proven. You are also very well liked and you are referred to as cheerful, optimistic, and outgoing. If there is any shadow side to you it is that you are so driven in your career that you may allow your ambitions to take precedence over your scruples on occasion.

Mercury in the 11th House

If Mercury is in the eleventh house for you, then you are a little bit on the reserved side. You have a tendency to be impartial though in most aspects and you are idealistic and broad minded. You tend to stick to your small social circle and a quiet night in is preferred for you, and this may mean that people find you impersonal. You aren’t though, you just like life on the quieter and reserved side of things. When you have your own time you like intellectual things, reading about them, and thinking about them, but your friends do strongly influence you. You may have a love for the sciences, astrology, philosophy, and anything that involves an investigation of some sorts. If there is any shadow to you it is that you are so nice and so good to your friends that they may take advantage of you.

Mercury in the 12th House

With Mercury in your twelfth house you are going to have some Pisces qualities and so you may be a bit of a dreamer in life. Mercury rules thought and sometimes also past experiences and so you may dwell on your past experiences regularly in your day to day life if you have this Mercury placement. You also may have a tendency to be secretive and may sometimes hesitate to say what you really are feeling. You probably border on the shy side of life and behind the scenes is more your forte than in the limelight. If this placement is well aspected in your chart to Neptune, Uranus, or Pluto, you may even be a little bit psychic or highly intuitive.

And that’s it for Mercury in the houses friends, I do hope you enjoyed this series. Remember to drop me a line on Facebook or Twitter if you have questions about your Mercury placement. And you definitely want to stay tuned to this blog because our next series is going to touch base on that dreamy psychic planet I just touched on, Neptune! Stick around here or bookmark my About Me page to make sure you don’t miss a single feature. Can’t wait to see you there. Until next time, love and be loved friends. Love, Norah

I hope you all are enjoying the blog series on Mercury in the houses! Understanding where Mercury is on your chart and what that means can be tremendously useful when it comes to understanding your own astrological personality. Once you have your birth chart, find out where Mercury is located and follow this blog series to discover more about your Mercurian side. Today we are going to wrap up this blog series by looking at the last three houses of the zodiac. What does it mean if Mercury is in your tenth, eleventh, or twelfth house? Let’s have a look.

Mercury in the Tenth House

If Mercury is in your tenth house you are the kind of person that needs an intellectually challenging career, or you will get bored very easily. You may go from job to job, or you may hold down several jobs at the same time just to keep your interest piqued. It would not be unlikely for you to have jobs in the fields of communication or education, as you are very good in these areas. You are well educated, and you communicate your thoughts well through a variety of mediums to a number of people many different ways. You are good executive material, and you would also make a good politician. If there is a shadow side to you, you will do anything to get to the top, and as you might already know, this doesn’t already fare well for you.

Mercury in the 11th House

If Mercury is in your eleventh house you are impartial, compassionate, idealistic, impersonal, and broad minded. You also have a very active mind. You are a thinker, and maybe even an intellectual of sorts. You have high standards for who you associate with, you only want people around you that think like you, or are as smart as you are. Even so, what your friends think really matters to you, so much so you may even be influenced easily be your friends. Speaking of friends, you do need to be careful about the company that you keep. Choosing the wrong friend could land you in a public scandal. Many of your friends are probably younger than you are, that’s because you are sort of the “older and wiser” archetype in your group of friends. The big sister or big brother that everyone unloads on. You are good at this role, and you enjoy it.

Mercury in the 12th House

If Mercury is in your twelfth house then your thinking is strongly influenced by your unconscious, your past, and stem cell memories. You may be very secretive about the things that you think about, and rarely say what you are thinking out loud. Your imagination is very active, your mind a little less subtle. You are by nature shy, and you prefer to work behind the scenes. It would not be strange if you found out a way to work from home so that you didn’t have to work with people. You are a feelings person, and base most of your decisions on what your heart or your gut instinct is telling you, and you are good at analyzing other people’s problems. You might have learning difficulties related to a short attention span, but once you understand these challenges you will find theme easily corrected by your own self direction. You may be very intuitive or even psychic, particularly if you have an aspect to Neptune, Pluto, or Uranus with your Mercury connection.

And that wraps up our Mercury in the houses series! I hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did. Be sure to stay tuned to our next exciting blog series which has not yet been announced. You can make sure you don’t miss a single thing or announcement by bookmarking my About Me page or following the planets boards on my Pinterest page. Look forward to seeing you there.
